一、基本情况:
程水源,男,教授,博士生导师。毕业于加拿大Regina大学,获工学博士学位,现任北京工业大学环境与能源工程学院院长,区域大气复合污染控制研究北京市重点实验室主任,国家环境保护“清洁空气行动研究计划”总体专家组成员,国家科学技术奖评审专家。在国内外学术杂志发表论文200余篇,其中SCI论文100余篇,主编教材和专著3部。先后主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、“973”、“863”、国家科技支撑项目、国家环保公益专项、“绿色奥运”重大项目等有影响的项目10余项。获省部级科技进步一等奖、二等奖、三等奖共五项。带领的大气污染防治研究团队于2009年荣获北京市的科技创新团队。
二、研究方向
区域大气复合污染防治、环境规划管理;环境模型与环境数值模拟;环境达标优化控制新技术;固体废物处理与资源化。

六、主要研究方向简介
环境规划管理与区域大气复合PM2.5污染防治:本学科方向是在多学科相互交叉渗透的基础上发展起来的一门新兴学科。它是以系统环境为基础进行区域整体规划、优化与污染控制的研究。在经济发展、环境和社会效益分析基础上,建立高精度环境数值模型预测区域环境质量变化趋势,研究分析区域生态环境承载力与环境容量,研究大气复合污染PM2.5形成机制、来源解析、防控策略。在此基础上,研究制定基于环境、费用为最优的环境质量达标方案,为政府管理部门提供科学决策依据。从而达到优化调整经济结构和功能区布局、控制环境污染、保护生态环境、改善环境质量,使经济发展和环境保护相协调,促进区域经济持续健康发展。
