个人简介:
1973年2月生,1995年于北京航空航天大学航空发动机专业获工学学士学位,本科毕业后免试推荐攻读研究生,2001年3月获博士学位。博士毕业后,在北京航空航天大学流体机械及工程博士后流动站工作。2002年博士后出站后留校任教至今。期间,2007年破格聘为教授,2008年聘为博士生导师。2009年6月~2010年6月,在加州大学伯克利分校做访问研究。
科研方面,主持了3项“国家自然科学基金”项目,1项“全国优秀博士学位论文作者专项基金”,2项“航空科学基金”项目,1项“中国博士后科学基金”等纵向课题,主持了多项和厂所合作的预研和型号课题。获得的奖励有:获教育部“新世纪优秀人才计划”(2006)支持,博士论文被评为“全国百篇优秀博士学位论文(2003)”,北京市“五四奖章”获得者(2009),获部级科技进步一等奖一项(2012)、二等奖两项(1997,2013)、三等奖(2007)一项,被评为“国防科技工业优秀博士(2005)”,首届北航“蓝天科研新星”(2005)。获批国家发明专利4项,出版专著《涡轮叶片疲劳》,主编教材《典型航空发动机结构对比分析》。
教学方面,是北航本科生精品课“弹性力学”的主讲教师(北航优秀主讲教师);主讲研究生一级学科基础课“高等固体力学”(北航首批“研究生精品课”)。获得的荣誉有:北京市“教学成果一等奖(2012)”,北京市“师德先进个人(2008)”;“高校优秀德育工作者(2006-2007)”;“教育创新标兵(2006)”;北航“第九届(2008年)青年教师课堂教学比赛”一等奖及最佳教案奖;北航优秀硕士学位论文指导教师(2007,2008);北航教学成果一等奖(2009);北航教学成果三等奖(2009)。
