个人简介：

崔益民，1994年毕业于合肥工业大学材料科学与工程系，获学士学位；2003年在中国科学院等离子体物理研究所获博士学位；2003年进入清华大学物理系从事博士后研究工作；2005年来北京航空航天大学物理系工作。近年来，主要从事等氧化物功能薄膜的制备和物性研究。负责和参加国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划、“973”、“863”等课题10余项。在Appl.Phys.Lett.，ACSAppl.-Mater.-Interfaces等刊物发表SCI论文50余篇，申请国家发明专利10项，已授权发明专利7项。
