个人简介赵 剑, 男,1968年生于内蒙古,博士、教授、博士生导师. 1992年内蒙古师范大学生物系获生物学学士学位,1995年东北师范大学获植物学硕士学位. 1999年中国医学科学院/中国协和医科大学药物研究所获生药学博士学位. 2000-2002年获得日本学术振兴会资助奖励在日本九州大学农学部做抗真菌单萜Thujaplicin的生物合成和生产的研究. 2002-2012年先后在美国堪萨斯州立大学生物化学系、贝勒医学院/美国农业部儿童营养研究中心 (Baylor College of Medicine/USDA/ARS Children’s Nutrition Research Center)和The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation等大学和研究机构学习和工作。长期从事植物天然化合物的生物合成和代谢工程,脂质代谢等领域的研究。在植物次生代谢和有用天然产物的诱导合成、细胞生物工程生产、生物合成及其调节的分子生物学机理等方面做了大量前沿性研究。近几年来以豆科模式植物Medicago truncatula为研究材料在黄酮类转运和合成调控研究方面,尤其是缩合丹宁和花色素苷的细胞内转运及其合成的转录调节机理方面获得了重大发现并申请了专利,现在其实验室专注于大豆黄酮类化合物,多萜类,油脂等特殊营养物质的生物合成和相关大豆种子品质育种和遗传改良的研究。将豆科模式植物Medicago truncatula 的转录组学和代谢组学研究模式应用到大豆品质的功能基因组学中,用代谢组学和转录组学的技术阐明它们的生物合成和调节的分子机理并把获得的新知识和新手段应用到大豆分子育种和传统育种。
