周四元,男, 2000年获得第四军医大学药理学专业博士学位, 2007-2009在美国康涅狄格州大学从事新药筛选研究。现任第四军医大学药剂学教研室主任,教授,药剂学专业硕士研究生导师,陕西省药理学会常务理事,副秘书长,国家药品价格评审专家。长期从事靶向递药系统与药物代谢动力学研究,发表论文90余篇,其中SCI收录论文18篇,获得国家发明专利3项。2007年获陕西省科技进步一等奖1项(第三)。在靶向递药系统研究方面,2005年获国家科技部药物制剂关键技术研究专项经费支持,针对抗肿瘤化疗药物在临床应用过程中存在的问题,建立了大分子靶向药物研究技术平台,制备肿瘤靶向递药系统,通过药效学及药代动力学评价,可望筛选出肿瘤靶向性好、疗效确切的递药系统。药物代谢动力学研究2003年获得国家科技部创新药物临床前药物代谢动力学关键技术平台建设专项经费支持,建立了肝微粒体、Caco-2细胞、HepG2细胞、原位小肠、肝脏灌流等药物吸收代谢研究模型,以及生物介质中氨氯地平、白藜芦醇苷等近30种药物/代谢产物的HPLC以及LC/MS/MS检测方法。药物代谢动力学研究主要开展以下三个方面工作:(1)药物吸收代谢筛选,(2)天然药物代谢转运机制研究,(3)新药临床前药代动力学研究。
