低维材料与纳米结构的器件化集成及应用;
硅基微纳器件与系统;
基于C-MEMS的三维微纳结构的微加工工艺、器件化集成及应用。
在微纳器件及系统的微加工工艺、设计优化及应用,微纳结构的可控合成、器件化集成和输运行为等方面,进行了重点探索,取得了一些有意义的研究成果和进展。近年来已发表SCI收录学术论文40余篇(其中ESI前1%高被引论文4篇,前0.1%热点论文2篇),EI收录学术论文2篇,论文被引用2000余次,h指数为20,已获国家发明专利授权9项。
