教育背景与工作经历
关伟,男,1968年10月出生。分别于1990、1993和1997年在天津大学获学士、硕士、博士学位。1997年入北方交通大学博士后流动站工作,1999年出站后留校工作,现任北京交通大学交通运输学院副院长,教授,博士生导师。主要研究方向为系统工程、智能交通系统和现代物流系统。
