Prforitlze your days. You're less likely to find yourself workingall night ifyou focus on your top priorities each day. Save yourlower priorities until yourhigher ones are done, or delegate themto others.
Plan time off. Sleep is renewing, but even more so are full daysoff fromwork. If you're working a 6-or 7-day week now, plan atleast one day off/week,at least one full weekend/month and at leastone or more weeks/year. That meansno business, no laptops, noemails-just rest, renew, refresh.
Use your bed for sleeping. Don't bring work to bed. Finish it inthe office, close the door, brush your teeth, put on your pajamas, and climb into bed. It'stime for sleep, not more business.
You, your clients, and your family will get so much more value outof whoyou are and what you have to offer if you recover fromentrepreneur insomnia, andbalance your life between work andrest.
