徐立进，1969年生，山东青岛人。1989年毕业于曲阜师范大学大学化学系，中国科学院成都有机化学研究所硕士(1995)，中国科学院化学研究所博士(1998)。1998-2005年先后在英国利物浦大学、拉夫堡大学和香港理工大学从事博士后研究。2005年8月加入中国人民大学化学系任教至今，现为中国人民大学化学系教授，博士生导师。长期来一直从事过渡金属催化的有机合成反应的研究工作，在不对称催化和绿色化学领域，有着丰富的经验。已经在国内外核心期刊上发表相关论文60多篇，其中被SCI他人引用600多次。

English Resume

Lijin Xu was born in Qingdao, China. He studied chemistry in Qufu Normal University, and received in 1998, a PhD in Institute of Chemistry, the Chinese Academy of Sciences. During 1998-2000 he held a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Leverhulme Centre for Innovative Catalysis, the University of Liverpool under the direction of Prof. Jianliang Xiao. After a one-year postdoctoral appointment in Loughborough University, he joined Prof. Albert S. C. Chan’s group as a research associate in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In August, 2005, he took up an professor position in Department of chemistry, Renmin University of China. His current interest mainly focuses on transition-metal catalyzed organic synthesis and green chemistry. He has published more than 60 research papers, which have been cited over 600 times.
