个人简介
白明义,2007年在中国科学院植物研究所获得博士学位,然后在美国Carnegie Institution for Science做博士后研究,于2014年5月回到山东大学工作。现为山东大学“齐鲁学者”特聘教授,山东省“杰出青年基金”获得者。主要从事激素和活性氧调控植物生长和碳-氮平衡利用的分子机制研究。近年来先后在Nature Cell Biology, Nature Communications, Plant Cell, PNAS等杂志发表多篇高水平的研究论文,在相关领域产生较大影响。现为中国细胞生物学会理事,山东植物生理学会常务理事,植物学报编委。
研究方向
我们实验室主要以模式植物拟南芥和粮食作物小麦为材料,利用遗传学、生物化学、基因组学、蛋白组学等手段研究植物激素油菜素内脂和活性氧信号调控植物生长和碳-氮平衡利用的分子机理研究。具体来讲我们研究以下五个方面的内容:
(1)油菜素内脂和活性氧调控植物生长发育和逆境响应分子机制
(2)油菜素内脂和活性氧调控植物糖代谢和糖信号转导的分子机制;
(3)油菜素内脂和活性氧调控植物氮吸收、利用和信号转导的分子机制;
(4)油菜素内脂和活性氧调控植物碳-氮平衡利用的分子机制;
(5)解析油菜素内脂调控小麦株型和碳-氮平衡利用的分子机理,为培育高产优质小麦新品种奠定理论基础。
