季生福:男,1957年生,博士,教授,博士生导师,中共党员,北京化工大学化工资源有效利用国家重点实验室副主任。
1975年参加工作,1982年宁夏大学化学系毕业,获学士学位,1998年中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所物理化学专业博士毕业,获理学博士学位。1982.7-1985.10 在宁夏农学院化学教研室任教,1985.10-2002.11在中科院兰州化物所工作。其中:1985.10-1990.2承担国家“七·五”攻关任务“高分子富氧膜及燃烧用富氧器的研制”工作;1990.3-1997.10承担国家“八·五”攻关任务和国家自然科学基金重大项目“石油、煤、天然气优化利用的催化基础”子课题:“甲烷临氧活化定向转化为烯烃的分子催化基础”工作,该项目1997年10月被基金委评为特优项目;1996.1-1998.12承担国家自然科学基金项目“担载有机锆催化剂对烷烃与烯烃偶联的催化反应”工作;1997.12-1998.12承担与美国联碳公司(UCC)的国际合作项目“甲烷氧化偶联制乙烯”工作;1997.1-2000.12承担国家攀登预选项目“天然气综合利用”子课题:“甲烷、乙烷在加压下选择氧化制乙烯的应用基础研究” 工作;1998.3-2000.12负责中科院大型仪器功能开发项目:“基体隔离光谱—低温原位红外装置的研制”工作;1999.7-2004.6承担国家重点基础研究发展规划项目“天然气、煤层气优化利用的催化基础”子课题:“甲烷选择氧化制低碳烃和含氧化合物”工作;2001.7-2002.7承担沙特阿拉伯SABIC公司国际合作项目“天然气制乙烯”工作。2000.2-2001.2作为高级访问学者在英国牛津大学化学系进行合作研究,在纳米和碳化物等新催化材料的制备,天然气制合成气,费托合成,甲烷催化燃烧等方面进行了深入的研究。由于合作研究取得了很好的结果,2002.1-2002.2获得英国皇家学会资助在英国牛津大学化学系展开了合作研究。2002.11引进到北京化工大学化工学院工作,其中:2002.1-2005.12承担国家自然科学基金重点项目“非常规条件下化工过程中传递及其强化的基础研究”工作;2004.1-2006.12负责高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金项目:“基于强放热/吸热反应耦合一体化的金属基结构化催化剂及催化反应工艺的研究” 工作;2005.1-2007.12负责国家自然科学基金项目:“SBA-15介孔分子筛孔中碳化物的原位合成及其催化性能的研究” 工作;2005.7-2010.7承担国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)项目:“天然气及合成气高效催化转化的基础研究” 工作;2006.1-2008.12 承担北京市自然科学基金项目:“生活垃圾高效生物反应器转化与催化制合成气研究” 工作;2006.10-2010.12 承担国家高技术研究发展计划(863)项目:“秸秆高效生物转化与催化合成制取“生物合成气”技术研究” 工作;2006.9-2011.9承担国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)项目:“石油资源高效利用的绿色可持续化学” 工作;2008.6-2010.12负责中铝集团项目:“碱溶碳分生产氧化铝工艺中碳分母液净化研究” 工作;2010.1-2013.12负责中国石油天然气股份有限公司吉林石化分公司,“后过渡金属乙丙橡胶共聚催化剂研究” 工作;2012.1-2015.12负责国家自然科学基金项目:“基于Heck 反应的非Pd 基壳/核磁性新型催化剂的制备及反应性能研究” 工作;2012.1-2016.12承担国家自然科学基金重点项目:“新型骨架结构材料构效关系研究及设计” 工作;2012.1-2014.12负责中国石油天然气股份有限公司石油化工研究院项目:“DSO催化汽油选择性加氢脱硫催化剂的原位测试技术研究” 工作;2013.1-2015.12负责中国华能集团清洁能源技术研究院项目:“合成气甲烷化催化剂的制备及性能研究” 工作。近年来,在J. Catal.、J. Phys. Chem. B/C、Chem.Commun.、App. Catal. A/B、ChemSusChem、J. Mol.Catal. A、Catal.Today、Catal.Lett.、Catal. Commun.等国内外重要刊物上发表学术论文180余篇,授权中国发明专利15项,获教育部高等学校科学技术自然科学一等奖一项。主要研究领域为催化化学、能源和环境催化。主要研究方向为低碳烃催化转化、纳米催化新材料、绿色化学和环保催化、化工过程强化及节能技术。在新型和纳米催化材料的研制、整体式催化剂的制备和反应、低浓度有机物催化燃烧、吸/放热催化反应及其耦合工艺等方面展开了系统的研究,在催化学科与化学工程学科的交叉研究方面进行了广泛的研究。
