李媛(申请者),女,博士,副教授。在此项目中担任项目负责人。 2011年11月被北京化工大学以“优秀后备人才”引进回国,在生命科学与技术学院工作。现主要从事生物活性物质的微胶囊化、食品生物大分子的自组装和食品胶体化学方面的研究。
