个人简介
刘云:博士,教授,博士生导师。2004年获江南大学食品科学专业博士学位,2006年浙江大学生物学专业博士后,2008年—2012年在华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院工作,2012年调入北京化工大学生命科学与技术学院,2011年和2013年获教育部和国家基金委资助,分别前往美国亚利桑那州立大学和美国能源部太平洋西北国家实验室进行学术访问与交流。课题组非常重视国际学术交流与合作,先后与美国PNNL国家实验室Aaron Wright课题组、加拿大Lakehead 大学Qin Wensheng教授课题组、印度Banaras Hindu大学 YC Sharma教授课题组、意大利科学研究院Secundo Francesco教授课题组等均建立了良好的国际合作关系。近5年作为负责人承担了国家863重大和重点项目子课题2项、国家支撑计划项目子课题1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目2 项、教育部博士点(新教师)基金1项、教育部科技计划课题1项、北京市自然科学基金1项、湖北省自然科学基金1项和企业委托课题2项。近5年以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文30余篇,申请国家发明专利5项,出版专著3部。
研究领域(方向):
1. 微生物和分子生物学:木质纤维素降解细菌的筛选与分子改造。
2. 酶工程与生物炼制:酶的固定化与构效关系、全细胞催化剂的制备、生物质能源与生物基精细化学品。
3. 食品科学:天然活性成分的开发、小分子化合物与蛋白质相互作用。
