汤轶伟，讲师，汉族，1981年8月出生，中国共产党党员。2008年毕业于河北农业大学获得农学硕士学位，2011年毕业于天津科技大学获得工学博士学位。现为化学化工与食品安全学院教师，主讲《食品仪器分析》，《食品免疫学》，《食品分析》等课程。

主要研究方向食品安全快速检测技术研究，食品污染物新型样品前处理技术，食品污染物风险评估。近年来代表性论文：
